Senior Consulting Executive
Harry has over 30 years of senior-level operations and IT experience in the financial services
industry with a background that includes consulting, retail operations, information technology,
business process improvement and conversions. He also has significant experience in facility administration,
project management, vendor/contract management and support of financial products and services.
Before joining Vitex, Harry provided system selection and organizational efficiency consulting as Manager,
Strategy and Operations Consulting with RSM McGladrey.
Prior to RSM McGladrey, Harry spent eight years as a Vice President in the Information Services division of
Bank of Oklahoma. His first assignment at Bank of Oklahoma was to lead the Year 2000 project. After Y2K,
he managed a team of Project Managers and Analysts who were responsible for implementation, development and
ongoing support of over 25 major application systems servicing 300,000 customers. The systems included core
savings and loan servicing, new account/servicing, loan origination, teller, Internet banking, bill pay and
call center. Harry also managed key aspects of 8 acquisitions and a comprehensive core and delivery channel
systems conversion.
Prior to his work with Bank of Oklahoma, Harry was employed with Service Centers Corporation, a major provider
of shared branch services to financial institutions nationwide. As Vice President of Operations, Harry
directed the daily operational activities of 23 high-volume branches, provided coordination and support of a
350-unit ATM network, developed and administered all facilities and chaired the user group comprised of over
300 financial institutions.
Harry has also held senior management positions at financial institutions in Michigan and New York. His
positions ranged from Assistant Manager to Vice President of Branch Operations.
Harry has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Eastern Michigan University. He was also certified
as an Oklahoma Quality Award Examiner in 2005.
When away from the office, Harry enjoys woodworking, RVing and working with Habitat for Humanity.
