Nick is Managing Director, Business Development for Vitex, Inc., an organization of member banks and bank management consultants dedicated to assisting banks in operating more efficiently and profitably. He has over twenty-eight years of professional sales experience within the financial marketplace in both direct selling and leadership positions.

Nick is a proven executive level professional with expertise in building and nurturing client relationships that builds trust and a partnering environment.

As a highly respected leader with a clear, focused direction, he has seen notable results throughout his career. Nick has been instrumental in developing effective sales results, improved client satisfaction, and providing a high level of creativity to help clients overcome their business challenges.

Nick started his career with Burroughs Corporation in 1981 and quickly moved up the ranks from sales executive to regional and district sales leader. He was recognized for outstanding achievement and won numerous awards, including Club, Legion of Honor, and Worldwide Legion of Honor, the company's highest sales award.

He joined Tandem Computers in 1996 as sales executive for one of the company's largest financial customers and later became a key member of the Global Account Team for Bank of America with Hewlett Packard, who bought Tandem/Compaq in 2001. Nick was promoted to regional sales manager in 2000. He lead one of the most successful teams in the U.S. and was recognized as one of the top performing sales executives with multiple Pinnacle awards, Southeast Region Eagle Award for outstanding overall performance and customer satisfaction, and GoldQuest, the company's highest sales award.

Nick worked for several other companies, including Getronics, LogicaCMG, ProfitStars (part of Jack Henry & Associates), and Collabera before joining Vitex. Nick brings an excellent background and knowledge of the financial marketplace and is thoroughly familiar technology and how it impacts business values.

Nick is a graduate of UNCC with a degree in Business Administration and resides in Charlotte with his wife Cindy and family. He has been involved with the Information Technology Council with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and has been a guest speaker to senior sales classes at UNCC. He enjoys traveling and playing golf in his spare time.
